If something goes wrong

  • Ticket or purchase issue: Check your Profile and Results for the ticket and draw. Use the proof link on your ticket to verify the outcome. If the proof does not match what you see, contact support with your wallet address and the draw and ticket IDs.
  • Payout not received: After you claim, the prize is sent to your connected wallet. Confirm you have claimed (Profile → History) and are viewing the correct wallet and network. If you believe you won but did not receive a payout after claiming, contact support with your ticket proof link and wallet address.
  • Draw or result unclear: Use the Draw log to see when the draw ran and the on-chain verification data. For a specific ticket, use the proof page linked from Results or Profile.
