What we use

When you use Numeris, you connect a wallet and send transactions (e.g. buying a ticket, receiving a payout). Your wallet address and those transactions are recorded on the blockchain. Blockchain data is public: anyone can see addresses and transaction history. We use your wallet address and on-chain data to show you your tickets, results, and balance, and to operate the lottery (recording tickets, running draws, paying winners).

Why we use it

We need wallet and transaction data to run the service: to associate tickets with you, determine winners, and send payouts. We do not use your data for marketing or profiling beyond what is necessary to operate Numeris.

How it is stored and protected

On-chain data is stored by the blockchain network, not by us alone. It is public and persistent. We do not store your wallet private key or credentials; you are responsible for securing your wallet. Any data we hold off-chain (e.g. caches or logs to run the site) is kept only as long as needed to operate the service and to meet legal or safety obligations.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your wallet or transaction data for advertising or to build a profile about you beyond what is required to operate the lottery. We do not require you to create an account with us (e.g. email and password); you participate with your wallet only.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
