Agreement
By using Numeris to buy tickets or participate in draws, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age to participate in a lottery in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Numeris complies with the laws that apply to you. We do not guarantee that the service is available or legal in every region.
How the service works
Numeris is an on-chain lottery. You connect a wallet, select numbers, and buy one or more tickets for a specific draw; you may optionally send tickets to another wallet address (e.g. as a gift). Draws run at scheduled times; winning numbers are determined by verifiable randomness and recorded on-chain. Winners claim prizes; payouts are sent to the winning wallet when claimed, according to the published payout table. The rules of each draw (number range, payout tiers, timing) are set by the operator and displayed before you buy.
Risk and responsibility
Participation is at your own risk. You are responsible for securing your wallet and for any transaction you sign. We do not control the blockchain or guarantee its availability or correctness. Refunds or cancellations are only as provided in the rules for a given draw (e.g. cancelled draws).
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will indicate the effective date on this page.
